Returns Policy

Flowerama’s returns policy is within the guidelines of the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission (ACCC)

Change of Mind

Flowerama will exchange a product if you change your mind, subject to the following conditions.  Flowerama reserves the right to reject a request for an exchange if any of the following conditions are not met:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • All labels must still be attached
  • Products must be in the same good condition and not altered in any way
  • Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be produced/shown
  • Customers are responsible for all freight costs, if applicable, related to returning the products
  • If a suitable exchange product cannot be arranged on the day of return, Flowerama will offer a Credit Note to use towards a future purchase.  A cash refund is not available

Damaged or Faulty Products

Flowerama products are checked carefully prior to dispatch and are packaged with care for all deliveries.  In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, please advise us immediately and supply us with a description of the damage or fault within 24hrs of receipt of delivery so that a suitable solution can be determined. 

We will happily replace the item or offer a refund once the product has been returned, the damage or fault has been confirmed and the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be returned within 7 days of purchase
  • All labels must still be attached
  • Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase must be produced/shown
  • Customers are responsible for all freight costs, if applicable, related to returning the products

Please Note:  ‘Change of Mind’ does not constitute a faulty product.
